My Norfolk Ancestors
This site includes the family trees of my paternal / maternal grandparents: GRINT, GRAY, FORDER and SKIPPER. All four families originated from Norfolk in England, at least as far as my current research shows, although there is anecdotal evidence (unproved) to suggest Dutch ancestry on my GRINT line. Being of Norfolk lineage, my ancestors have connections with the boot trade, dying (that's as in dyer), brewing (Norwich, Norfolk's capital, once had a pub for every day of the year) and, of course, agriculture. The ubiquitous Ag.Lab. ! The site is currently running webtrees Rural theme by default. |
