Military service, how to file the data was created by Rick
Hi,
For the first time I have encountered an ancestor who did military service and I'm not sure how to file it .
The ancestor served in the land forces (dutch: landmacht), in a corps (dutch: korps) specialised in deploying sea mines (dutch: torpedisten).
Now, a military record has Military, Type and Agency fields. What is the best practice to divide the information I have over these fields?
