Several users reported issues with 2.0.12, where invalid/corrupt data in the wt_placelocation table prevented the upgrade from working.

These issues have been addressed, and a new release has been created.

Thanks for sorting that so quickly Greg. It has reminded me that my location data was in a horrendous state so forced me clean it up. Something I've put off for a long time so I see it as a silver lining.

Thanks,
Torven

After installing that, I got three “invalid date/time value.” But unlike last time, refreshing the page did not repeat the error.

@wes - I don't suppose you have a copy of the full error message?

Thank you, Greg, for that intermediate update. It fixed some smaller issues.

I'll restore back to previous v version and see whether it happens again.

I have upgraded from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13. After clicking on continue after the upgrade I have got a screen with error messages. There are three of them in the webtrees log, followed with: Site preference "WT_SCHEMA_VERSION" set to "45"

It seems that everything is working OK (except the links in the source citations - very annoying) - I have replaced the places in the control panel with a csv file, which I exported from webtrees before upgrade and removed the lines with no coordinates. Import was without any problem.

Do you still have a copy of the (old) wt_placeloction table? Perhaps from a backup?

I guess there is something unusual in your data that I did not anticipate...

Do you need a web hosting solution for your webtrees site?

That's pretty much the error I got. Let me know if rola's data isn't enough. I have daily backups.

I couldn't see anything wrong (or reproduce an error) with Rola's data.

> Let me know if rola's data isn't enough.

Yes please. Maybe there is something to see in yours?

I'm using MySQL. Maybe there is a subtle difference with MariaDB ?

I'll also get to you by e-mail later today. Might be pretty late for you due to time zones.

Suggestion: Put the version number somewhere near the beginning of README.md which appears near the top of “ls -lat”
