Did you search for "F5076"?
Did you check your SQL for the same?
I'm sure Greg can give you a more complete answer, but it would seem you have a duplicate record number.

Hello Stephen,

Thank for your quick reply. I did not work on my Gazaille genealogy since a long time and I did not see any other edit from other users as well. Why suddenly I would have this family record twice ?

Rather than asking why now, why not look for it. You may have had it for some time and no one called upon the record number so the bad data may not have been evident.

You could search the WT_Changes log if you don't purge it often to see if it has ever changed - if you are that curious.

Hello Stephen,

I searched SQL using phpMyAdmin and I see only one family F5076, and same thing within webtrees.

Usually, SSQL does not allow duplicates on keys and will throw an error if someone tries.
THe user/IP was attempted from:

66.130.153.124 IP address location & more:
IP address [?]: 66.130.153.124 [Whois] [Reverse IP]
IP country code: CA
IP address country: Canada
IP address state: Quebec
IP address city: Quebec
IP address latitude: 46.8000
IP address longitude: -71.2500
ISP of this IP [?]: Videotron Ltee
Organization: Videotron Ltee
Host of this IP: [?]: modemcable124.153-130-66.mc.videotron.ca

I would say, nothing to be concerned about, but let Greg tell you for sure as he is definitely the guru on SQL.

This IP is not mine and not one of my users, just a visitor.

EDIT : I don't even see this search in webtrees logs. Last search in my logs (apart from my own) was on May 5th and this error was May 21st

The error occurs in the hit-counter.

Looking at the code, it could be a race condition.

e.g. two visitors look for the same page at the same time.

Both find that there is no previous count for this record.

Both try to insert "count = 1".

Only one succeeds.

You can safely ignore this error - but it probably wants fixing. Raise a bug report.

Greg, thanks for your answer. I am sorry, I don't have time to be in front of the computer. A friend arrives today and many things to do. Perhaps later.
