I am trying to finish my websit but it keeps saying connection timed out
What have I done wrong

I'm having the same problem. I tried:
- MySQL 8.0/MySQL 5.7/MariaDb 5
- Php 7.2/Php 7.4RC
- Nginx 1.12
- Centos 7.5

It just hangs right after the screen is asking for the full admin name, ID, and password.

- /data is in read/write/execute mode
- I got robots-example.txt error so I changed it to robots.txt

For the database server, try replacing "linux210.unoeuro.com" with "localhost".

I guess that your database is only setup for local connections, and when you use the domain name you are asking for a network connection.

I fixed mine. I downloaded my copy from the master branch instead of the "Latest Release" copy from the link above this page. My bad. Sorry.
