The extension prevents correct SSL certification. If I disable the extension, the page will be certified correctly.
The differences can be easily identified by comparing this two links.

myancestry.de/phpgedview/index.php?ctype...m&ged=MyAncestry.ged
myancestry.de/phpgedview/index.php?ctype=gedcom&ged=Schreiber

That's not what the browser reports. It says that the problem is a long list of images and links being served from http instead of https. They are all the tiny "gender" icons and links to new information you have in your news block. Presumably "news" you added before you moved to https? Comparing the two links you gave is not helpful because they are different setups.

For reference look in your browser "developer tools" (f12). It will have a 'warning' icon. In Google Chrome it's at the top left of the developer panel. Click on that and it tells you exactly where the problem is.
