language file not updated in v1.3.0 was created by Jackie
Hello,
It seems that the French language file was not updated in the lastest version 1.3.0.
I have the following in French. I tried to find these series in launchpad and they [strike]don't seem to exist.[/strike] were translated in April.

I beg to differ. The french language file was updated, but there were some last minute changes to certain parts of the program that were not translated since we rushed the release. With the state of affairs with webtrees, and the dozens of changes each week, this is a likely outcome with any/every release. To delay a release for a week or so to simply get a very few changed phrases translated or updated makes little to no sense for me.
Add these to your custom file if it bothers you greatly, but since we're talking admin files (in your example), I'm not sure how relevant that may be to a large base of users.

Hello Stephen,
Thank you for your reply.
EDIT : why translations made and approved in April 2012, will create a delay for a release in June ?
ps : not a problem for me. I downloaded language files from nightly built.

It looks like they were only proposed translations in April, and for reasons known only to French translation team were not reviewed (finalised) until June.
