I get an error message:

No significant recent changes in past month or so.
If I try a "back door" approach to access my control panel, I can log on & access my pages, but it appears the index.php may be corrupted in some way.
Suggestions?

I fixed the problem by restoring the index.php backup from yesterday, but I still wonder about HOW the error occurred, and what the heck is "Expanse, a Palo Alto Networks company?"

This will be a robot/crawler visiting your site with a strange user-agent string.

Possibly one that is longer than 255 characters, which would cause this error.

Nothing wrong with your code/site.

You might want to review/cleanup the user-agent-rules settings in your control panel.
