Bonjour,

Hello,

I don't understand why, WEBTREES 2.0.5 displays (like version 2.0.4) a number of unrelated individuals corresponding to the total number of individuals in my genealogy file.

What is going on ?

Thanks for your help

webtrees searches for individuals that are not related to the default individual for the tree.

Perhaps you did not set a default individual - so every individual is unrelated...

Bonjour,

comment trouver ' HUSB @100@', ' HUSB @X28@') ?

Remerciements

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Whether or not I indicate an individual by default, the result is the same.

Could it not be because my installation of webtrees 2.0.5. is on my PC (localhost)?

Furthermore, I noticed that if I use the renumbering "menu", I have a rejection (see attached file):

how to find 'HUSB @ 100 @', 'HUSB @ X28 @')?

If the cause is at this level ..

Thanks

Can you show me all of this error message?
I cannot see the start of it.

The default individual (Sophie Boisramé) is specified in the tree preferences.

Most of webtrees will ignore upper/lowercase mismatches for XREFs.
e.g. @x1234@ is the same as @X1234@.

The code for unconnected individuals does not

So, if you specified x1234 for Sophie, but the XREF is X1234, then it would cause your problem.

Perhaps select the default individual again?

Merci

Hello, and all my best wishes for 2021

I come back to you for this problem relating to unrelated individuals.
In version 1.7.XX, I have no unrelated individuals.
I exported the same tree as version 2.0.11.
On this version, the list of unrelated individuals includes a number equal to the total of people present in this family tree.
Certainly it is not very annoying but is there an explanation?
Thank you

Each tree has a "default individual"

This function finds individuals that are not related to this default individual.

Perhaps this individual has been specified with the wrong upper/lower case?
e.g. x123 instead of X123

Try to unselect / reselect the default individual?
