I have just exported a tree into GEDCOM format for loading into Family Tree Maker 2019 and it has given me the following error
Errors

  Line 6 : error 20 : Error parsing "DATE" structure: 23 JAN 2021 10:41:53. Lines ignored.
This is being caused by the header section of the GEDCOM which reads
0 HEAD
1 SOUR webtrees
2 NAME webtrees
2 VERS 2.0.11
1 DEST DISKETTE
1 DATE 23 JAN 2021
2 TIME 10:41:53
1 GEDC
2 VERS 5.5.1
2 FORM Lineage-Linked
1 CHAR UTF-8
1 FILE nft.ged
1 SUBM @SUBM@
It is not affecting the actual import and all data is there but unsure if the error is being caused by WebTrees or FTM

Those lines look OK to me. Here is what the GEDCOM 5.5.1 spec says:

Thanks for that, it looks like FTM ignoring the 5.5.1 standards. I have run across he same thing with the tags WWW and NAME_TYPE.

FTM exports links to sources on the web (Freebmd, Ancestry etc.) as _FILE where they should be WWW.

As a side note on the WWW tag, it is displayed in the record on the webpage as URL, is there a way to make that into a hyperlink so it can be followed?

It does turn it into a hyperlink. Can you show us where it does not!

NOTE: I find that while the hyperlink is made, for the link to work the URL must include the http:// or https:// to complete.

If I go to this Page then there is no URL listed. If I click on the edit details for the birth, it shows the URL is there, but you can not click it.

I think I must be missing something somewhere

It looks to me like you are on detail screen, but the URL on the Individual Page (Facts and Events tab) does have a hyperlink!

Check the Raw GEDCOM too, the URL or WWW tag looks like it may not be in the right place.

The www should be at level 2, FTM may place the tag within the source_citation or as a sub-tag of the PLAC tag.
