I am trying to move my website to another provider, but I don't know how to move the database
At the server of the previous host I created a file which is called username1_webtrees.sql
At the new server I created an empty database username2_wt2011, I installed webtrees and connected it to the website.
(username1 and username2 are the names I have at the provider, so I am not able to change that).

The .sql file is 100 MB, so using the import of PhpMyAdmin looks like impossible due to a timeout.

What is the best way to import the database onto the new server?

Best regards,
Marianne

If you hardly have users, stories, homepage blocks and other things outside of gedcom, then why not simply import an exported gedcom file.

This I don't follow. Could you elaborate? You should be able to first ftp the file and then import.
100mb is small for a modern database.

Or ask help with your new provider. If they cannot help, they are perhaps worse than the provider you just left.
stamboom.BertKoor.nl runs on webtrees v1.7.13

Thank you, Bert.

I have 40 users, so I want to use the export/import function.

I also asked my new provider and for now I am waiting for the reply.
