When I add a child to a family, I can select "relationship to parents." Other than editing raw GEDCOM, is there a way to add it or change it afterward?

Go to the individual, and on the family tab, select "Link to existing family".

You can choose a new relationship type, and this will replace any previous relationship type.

That definitely works; thanks.

I would respectfully suggest that many users would never think of that, and if they did, might expect it to add another FAMC instead of changing the one that's there.

I think it would be good to put the relationship type on the edit forms for birth.
