when I create a new source the field "Repository" does not propose any more those already known do not gives the possibility in create a new one as in 1.7.19

moreover the field "title" showed in 1.7.19 the titles already known according to the input, that allowed to find a close title and to modify it by respecting the structure
example old title :
Archives birth city 1700-1701 n°10 page 18
for the new one :
Archives city birth 1702-1703 n°18 page 25

thanks for your help

How and which file, I can modify to add a search possibility in the title field allowing to find a "source citation" in order to modify it. easier and allows to respect the structure of the text of my source of citations

this was possible in 1.7.19 but since version 2.0, it has disappeared

It was fixed very recently.

You can test this by comparing the two demo sites. It works in the "dev" version, but not the "stable" version.

I think I found a way to fill this title field when creating a citation source close to what I want in order to adapt it.

I search the list of sources in another tab, then with the filter, I reduce the list to find the closest source to what I want, then a copy.
I paste it in the title field of the source creation, then adapt it to what I want.

But, I preferred the method in 1.7.19 which proposed me directly the possibilities according to my input in the title field during the creation.

It is very expensive (memory, cpu) to calculate the privacy for a source.

We must calculate the privacy of all the records that use it.
For a census, this can be many thousands of individuals.

> But, I preferred the method in 1.7.19 which proposed me directly

This showed all source titles - without checking for privacy.

The feature was removed because it allowed any user on your site to see the titles for private sources.

Do you need a web hosting solution for your webtrees site?
If you prefer a host that specialises in webtrees, the following page lists some suppliers able to provide one for you:

I know but I take the risk for my site of :

This showed all source titles - without checking for privacy.

The feature was removed because it allowed any user on your site to see the titles for private sources.

but how can i add for this title field the "source citation" search as in 1.7.19?
example of code and files to modify (I know that I should repeat these modifications at each webtrees update)
