In my tree I have some places and a corresponding ID to a _GOV.
But the _LOC section in my tree doesn't have that ID.
What is the easiest way to add this iD?

E.g.:
1 BIRT
2 PLAC Amsterdam, The Netherlands
3 _LOC @L31020@

but there is no
0 @L31020@ _LOC

How can I add this?

Best regards,
Marianne

Did you try creating a new location, and then merging the "missing" location with it?

No.
Many of these corrections I am doing in Gedcom-layout in webtrees.
You asked: "Did you try creating a new location?". In the past I did, but now I am not able to do that? Is there missing a module or a setting in my webtrees?

Enable the GEDCOM-L tags.

Then create a location while adding any other event/place.

The Gedcom-L tags are enabled. Why I can't create a location, I don't know :(
