If I have a new message in the afternoon at 2 pm in news, then I get to see the Dutch language at 2.00.

This can then at night but also in the afternoon

Can I make a setting that puts the time at 14:00?

I think the Dutch translation is incorrect.

The default (en_US) time format is %g:%i:%s %a
The en_GB time format is %H:%i:%s
The nl time format is %g:%i:%s

I guess Dutch should be the same as British English.

It can be changed here:

Some languages are un-moderated. Changes are accepted automatically.

Some languages have moderators. Changes need to be approved by a moderator. Dutch has a moderator, so your change won't happen automatically.

Are you sure you made the correct change. You changed it to "%g:%i:%s %a" which is a 12 hour clock with am/pm suffix.

Your first email suggests the format in the Netherlands is the 24 hour clock. This would be "%H:%i:%s"

Confirm the correct format, and I will approve the edit.
