By default, media objects are private if they are linked to private individuals, and public otherwise.

I guess these .PDF files are not linked to living individuals.

The easiest solution is to add a restriction "show to members" to each of them.

Thanks for answere.
It is not possible to set restriction "Show to members", because there is no Option to add this.
But in Some Media Object the Option is avaible.
Why not in all Media Objects?

Rene

There is a small bug in webtrees 1.4.3 that makes this option difficult to find.

If you enlarge the edit window, you will see the option at the bottom of the page.

ok, but in the most case, this Option is not Show.

Now I have find the Bug.
When i Scroll down, the Option is not visible in the Edit Popup.
Now i Change the Zoom Level in the Browser from 100% to 70%. Then the option is Visible. ;-)
The Save or Close Windows overlaps the Options.
Many Thanks for Help, i had it never found without Zoomout for the Screenshot in this Posting

it is there... however I have found that there seems to be a layout issue especially in the rural theme that you are also using has an overlap problem and the last č entries are hidden unless you make the window larger (which can be difficult especially on smaller screens)

After saving your extra entries fields (like Hebrew, Romanised, etc) should not show up unless used so it might make the option visible
