Hello,

Is it possible to add a note to an individual that can only be accessed by admins?

Notes follow the privacy of whatever they are attached to.

So, it depends what sort of note you want to add.

You can add multiple facts with/without privacy. For example, if somebody committed suicide, and you do not want this detail to be known, create two death records - one with the cause of death, and one without. Make the one with the details private.

Thanks for that - never occurred to me. Will the private fact be visible to other admins?

"admin" is not a privacy level. The highest level is "manager".

If you only have one admin, and no managers, then it's the same thing(!).

But in general, no. You cannot restrict access to just one user. You can restrict access to a "level"
