The two translations are shared.

If you add a translation to one, it is automatically added to the other.

Check the file permissions of the file you uploaded.

Check the webserver (e.g. apache) error logs for an error message.

ylee: I did not "add" translation with my last submit, I just did some correction to the existing translation. You said the translation is shared by v1 and v2, but I saw there are 51 items for v2 and 131 items for v1 that need translation.

ylee: I did quite some testing with this issue. Overall only the new installation works.
It looks like there is some binding code with the zh-Hant file. I tried to delete the cache data from the control panel, but one file, language-zh-Hant-cache.php will always stays. Even I manually remove it won't help. The environment remembers zh-Hant.mo file, even I disabled the Traditional Chinese language, it just won't accept any updated file.

Any clue on this?

我認爲可能還是您的權限問題。
首先你要檢查你上傳的語言文件權限和文件名是否和源程序一致。
