I was making a change to one of my individuals (adding an address) and the edit pop-up "blanked-out" but remained visible as a pop-up. Everything on my site seemed to "lock-up" for a few minutes, and now I get a message of "Pending Changes." When I click on the pending changes, I get a blank pop-up, and "My Page" only partially loads. I can no longer access the individual, and the branch list locks-up without listing individuals.
How can I simply CANCEL the pending change and get the site back up running?

Can you get to the control panel (/admin.php).

Maybe you can delete the pending changes from the manage-trees page?

....of course, blank page means fatal error.

It would be good to know the error. Probably in your apache logs.

It might be that your disk is full, or your database is corrupt....

I can access the Control Panel > Family Trees > Manage ... but there is no option to delete pending changes.
I can access many other pages on my site, but the 'Home,' 'My Page,' and several others lock-up.
I can export or download, but the download cuts off about 2 MB short of my last download about 2 weeks ago.
My SiteGround server Control Panel doesn't seem to have a database repair capability.
I know which individual I was working on - www.adkins.ws/individual.php?pid=I14726 - but see no way to delete that individual & rebuild it.
The server shows I have about 4 GB out of 20 GB free.

Checking the changes for today, it appears one of my family editors made several dozen changes that show as "pending."
The last change that I made (that I can find) shows "accepted." However, attempting to access later changes - page 3,4,5 - give me an error message:
DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 - Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see datatables.net/tn/1

> DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 - Invalid JSON response

There are lots of instruction in the forum about how to find the error message that triggers this.

Can you find them, and tell me the error message.

I accessed the changes in my webtrees Control Panel Change Log, but I don't know how to access my Apache logs.
I found an error log, but the errors appear to relate to my WordPress directory:

There appear to be 41 errors dated today, all beginning the same way, but with different endings:

The same base error seems to have occured from 13:28:51 until 15:09:12, almost as if it kept trying to implement an invalid change over a period of time.
I would delete the pending changes, but I am unable to access the "Pending Changes" to either apporve or disapporve.

If you can access your database (e.g. using phpMyAdmin), then you can delete these rows from the wt_change table.

I can access phpMyAdmin, but what do I delete?

Sorry if I'm appearing dense, but I'm very weak on database, on top of being a bit rattled at present.

Click the link "wt_change" to go to that table.

Sort by most recent by clicking the change_id column heading (maybe twice - you want the highest IDs)

You should see your problematic change at the top of the list with a status of pending.

There is a delete icon.
