I have been away from family history for ages - and cannot log into my main admin account.

I have full access to the software and data in the folders on my ISP account, and could change the data 'through the back door'. But my grey hair hints at the times I have gotten myself into trouble doing something similar with other programs.

Can anyone suggest a way in which I can regain control? I have a relative who is keen to to examine the data, and to offer suggestions.
