I use a level 1 EVEN/FACT tag with level 2 TYPE tag showing "Convict". I want to simply create a list of everyone who has this level 2 TYPE tag. I want to disregard any 2 DATE, 2 PLAC or any other level 2 tags. How can I do this search please?

An example of the Gedcom entry is below:

1 FACT
2 TYPE Convict

Thanks for your assistance

If you simply wanted to find all the "convict" rather generate a report, you could download or export your gedcom file & do a search in a word processor.
Alternatively, go to the Control Panel > Modules > Batch update & use the search & replace function. This will find each instance, & simply click on "Next" rather than "Replace."

For a couple of interesting properties I have created a shared note, for instance individuals that are illiterate.
You have to attach that manually ofcourse, but through that shared note it's very easy to get a list of individuals that share this property.
stamboom.BertKoor.nl runs on webtrees v1.7.13

I've added support for FACT/EVEN:TYPE to the advanced search for webtrees 1.7.5.

Greg, do you already have any rough date in mind when being ready to release 1.7.5?

My original plan was last week - but obviously, this did not happen.

There were several bug reports and pull-requests that I wanted to include.

Soon ;-)

Thanks Greg and the others,

I apologise for not clearly stating the reason for my OP. I was seeking a search function that would be available online to all visitors. This arose from a request from a local family history society wanting easy access for their research into the 134 convicts I have in our database. All have the 1 EVEN/FACT 2 TYPE - Convict tags. Greg's addition to the search function should solve this.

Thanks again for the help from you all.
