How I can set the meta robots value in a page like relationship.php ?

I see that the value of this metadata in this page is "noindex,nofollow"
but in the individual.php the value is "index,follow"

I seriously doubt you want robots to crawl that page, since the Relationship chart is very expensive to execute with endless input possibilities. A robot crawler has no means to input the required variables. And there is no extra information there to fetch for website crawlers.

But if you really want to, find the controller responsible for the page and add
'meta_robots' => 'index,follow',

in the property list right after
return $this->viewResponse

That should work for the 2.0 codebase.

In the 1.7 codebase it works differently. The PageController provides a default value through function getMetaRobots() and for instance the GedcomRecordController sets that to a different value. Robots are only allowed to crawl the basic gedcom records and not go through the lists, charts & reports.
