_LOC was created by Franz Frese
Part 1.
I switched of the GEDCOM-L exensions, but I still see the menu Lists/Locations, which is used to enter data for the _LOC tag.
Why is Locations still visible.  AFAIK _LOC is only defined in GEDCOM-L and is not part of Standard GEDCOM 5.5.1.
Part 2.
In that context I could created a PLAC tag without a <Placename>. But that is defined as {Size=1:120}, so can not be empty!?
Part 3.
Should the PLACs placename be auto got from the _LOCs first NAME subtag. And furtheron the hierarchy level name from the first NAME of the hierarchy of the _LOCs.
Part 4.
Within the _LOC, you can have several NAME subtags, from which the first is used to identfy. The headline (title) for NAME is Place. Shouldn't  Place be changed to Name in that case?

Why is Locations still visible.

This option allows you to *create* GEDCOM-L extensions.

Existing non-standard GEDCOM will always be displayed.

Ok for part 1.
I see the menu Lists/Locations is disappearing, when there does not exist a _LOC tag within the GEDCOM.

Part 5.
When I attach a _LOC to the PLAC for example in a BIRT how should the visitor find the information from the _LOC? There seems to me to be no hint, that there exists a _LOC for the BIRT.
