Meanwhile, work is continuing on webtrees 2.2, which will begin the transition to a more structured database that will unlock lots of enhancements such as better searching and reporting.

I have the following three expectations for version 2.2:
1. In the search and replace function in 2.2, it is hoped that the search for the descendants or ancestors of a certain individual can be added. This way I can replace all ancestors of A or all descendants of A, which will be more flexible.
2. I hope to use AWS S3 storage conveniently for file upload.
3. Hope the reporting module can still use tcpdf.
In addition, I would also like to know how to donate to this project through Alipay or WeChat?

Once I have a better database structure, I plan to rewrite the search functions. This option should be straightforward to implement.

Most of this work is done. All that is missing is:
* a user-interface to configure it
* options to copy existing files to/from the remote storage

I have been working with the TCPDF project to make sure it works with webtrees. (I found and fixed a bug with it yesterday...)
