Question link in block "HTML — Preferences" not working

Hello together,

I used the the HTML — Preferences of the "Home page” blocks to add an external link to the content window. While I had had no difficulties to do this some years ago, I'm facing a problem today. After saving the changes and testing, I realize that the link does not work. Most probably I've made some mistake.

How do I activate the link to " www.directupload.eu/ "

`You didn't tell what steps you took to create the link, but this should be fairly simple.
Just click on the link symbol in the menu and fill in the form.
