Solved Fehlermeldung

Ich bekomme neuerdings beim aufrufen meiner Datenbank (bei ionos) folgende Fehlermeldung:

SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'dbo632043878'@'infong-uk87.clienthosting.eu' (using password: YES)

beim Versuch über Filezilla mit genauen Angaben von ionos, gibt es folgende Meldung

Befehl:          open "dbo632043878@db632043878.db.1and1.com" 3306
Fehler:          ssh_init: nodename nor servname provided, or not known
Fehler:          Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen

Ionos sagt, sie können mir nicht helfen.

Was kann ich tun?

When was the last time it worked? Has something changed as far as you know?

The error message says the user id and password combination is not correct. For webtrees these are stored in the file /data/config.ini.php on your server. Check these values.

Dann bist du erst recht falsch. Die Wordpress Datenbank ist nicht identisch mit der webtrees Datenbank.

That is a default page from your provider.

You have to configure...

It is possible that Wordpress and webtrees both use the same database, with the same user id and the same password. But even on the same database the users might be different. We cannot guess, there are multiple ways it could be configured.

From your posting history it seems you had a working website in 2019. When did it last work? What has changed since? We need answers to these questions to get further, because we don't have enough information.

Because the user name and server name are likely indeed not correct:

You say your hosting provider cannot help you. What have they tried exactly?

the problem has been solved, thanks to your advice. I forgot, that there are two passwords, one for the datas, and one for mysql. Now erverything works allwrigt.
