On your home page you should have (otherwise: add) a block named "messages" where it should appear.

If you have configured email sending from webtrees, it should also be sent to the mail address associated with "help-contact".

Hello, I have configured the email so that new users can receive it when they register, but the information submitted from here cannot be received by email.
