you can download the .po-file : select language, download, download translation: edit the msgstr from the msgid .
you can select different formats of download: gettext, ..., ..., xlsx, 
click onto the files menu.

PS - if you choose to edit the file offline, please make sure you use the existing formatting when you upload the file. e.g. sort strings alphabetically and do not wrap lines.

Changes to the formatting create large "diffs", which add to the size of the repository and make it hard to compare differences in versions.

PPS - for new translations, it is preferable to translate relationships names using the "new code" rather than the PO file. Contact me offline if you intend to do this.
