Link "Top given names" to name-search was created by markus

The names in "Top surnames" list are linked to the respective search for this name.
"Top given names" just shows plain text.
=> I would like to get the search-link as well for this statistics section.

+1 for links to searching individuals by given names in #commonGivenTotals#, #commonGivenMaleTotals#, and #commonGivenFemaleTotals, similarly to #commonSurnamesTotals# for searching surnames. Thanks!
