Everyone who has requested an account on UniGen has ignored the demands to identify their relationship. I have edited my register-page.phtml to emphasize this requirement. Edited version attached.
But these changes are in user-visible text, which means that they require changes to translation files to really be done correctly.
Also possibly helpful would be a paragraph explaining why this info is important.
