Question Census Assistant Add New Individual

As I fill out my family members I’ve begun to heavy use Census Assistant to add census records to currently included individuals.

But as I enter these people I find that not everyone in the census is in my database. Very often I’ve only included 2 or 3 of the children not all 12 of them.

Is there a way to add new individuals via CA without first adding them in the family page?  If not, can a new feature be added to also add new individuals to the database as part of CA?

I just add Them in the note without creating Them as indi. I miss more to have some design like marker code ect

Adding them to the note does not add them as an individual and family member.  It is important for my database to enter all family members at the time of the census. 

This means opening a new tab, adding the individual to the family, then finishing the Census Assistant with the additional (previously unknown) family member.
