The Recent Changes block has three columns, two of them optional (when and who). I would like to have another: add, delete, edit
Could be the words with translations, or icons: for dd, a plus; for delete, the same one used to trigger a delete, and for edit, the same pencil used to trigger that.
And if the user is a logged in admin, the edit could be a link to review the differences.
