I have just released webtrees 1.7.18. It contains the following updates:
* a security fix.
* some translation updates.
* a helpful error message if you try to use PHP 7.4 or higher.
* a message in the control panel which recommends that you upgrade to webtrees 2.
This will be the final release of webtrees 1.7.
If you still use 1.7, you should plan your upgrade to webtrees 2.0
