installation version 1.7.20 sur serveur free.fr was created by jeanmare

Hello community.
I install webtrees 1.7.20 on a free.fr server.
The 1st page "Assistant d’installation pour webtrees " displays fine, but when I click on "continue", the second page displays the line: "Fatal error: Call to a member function exec() on null in .../var/ www/webtrees/app/Database.php on line 105".
Can anyone guide me? !
I add: PHP Version 5.6.34

I don't think it is possible with v2.x
you may try v2.7.x

Sorry, I tried to install version 1.7.12.
The 2nd page displayed the same line as for version 1.7.20:
"Fatal error: Call to a member function exec() on null in /webtrees/app/Database.php on line 105"
