Congratulation to the developer team for this new functionality. This great development will make it easier for many potential users to switch from their old program to webtrees.
I have played around a bit and am excited. But I haven't yet found the way to use the feature to show/hide custom tags in edit forms. I can't find any input options in the settings for enabled custom tags. The "continue" button takes me back to the control panel.

This part isn't finished yet.
Support for custom tags includes two different things.
1) displaying existing data custom tags
2) allowing new custom tags to be created.
For example, the GEDCOM_L extension provides support for existing _LOC:MAIDENHEAD fields - but you might not want to add any new ones.
This is similar to the configuration in the main "GEDCOM tags" page.add

Hello Greg,
thanks for your feedback. That was clear to me. Therefore I was looking for a function to show/hide the custom tags.
Now I know that this function is still in development.
Will it come with the 2.1.0 release? That would be a nice Christmas present.
