Question Los nuevos usuarios no pueden darse de alta. - New users cannot sign up.

Me han reportado algunos nuevos usuarios que no es posible darse de alta en mi web. El error que reciben es el siguiente:
Some new users have reported to me that it is not possible to register on my website. The error they receive is the following: http error 500. "Ahora mismo esta página no está disponible"
Del log del servidor he copiado esta captura del error:

AH01276: Cannot serve directory /var/www/vhosts/39868524.servicio-online.net/quiesquiacalp.es/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm,index.shtml) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

What link do they click on to see this error? The link in the email?

They are visiting quiesquiacalp.es/ instead of quiesquiacalp.es/webtrees

Do you see the correct URL in the file /data/config.ini.php

I actually think the problem is there, but I don't know how to fix it. The error message appears to users when they finish requesting the entrance (That is, it is an error that appears on the web page).
I don't know how to check if the /data/config.ini.php file url is displayed ok or not, because I don't know how to check or see it. And if the problem is that they visit [quiesquiacalp.es] and not in [quiesquiacalp.es/webtrees], how can I solve it? Where is the parameter that would allow me to modify it?

When you installed webtrees, you copied files to the server. You need to remember how you did this.

Now, you must copy a file back from the server. The file is /data/config.ini.php

When you have the file, you can open it with Windows-Notepad or a similar program.

You will see something like this:

I want you to check that the entry for `base_url` is correct.

When a new user asks to register (access -> request a new account), fill in their details and click on "continue", then a blank screen appears with the error message. If I try to register manually in my control panel, I also get the same error when I "click" on "approved by the administrator"

Go to: Control panel -> Sending email.

Select the option "Send a test email".

What happens? Does the email arrive? Do you get an error?

No!!!!!! When I ask him to send a test email he returns the same error!!!!

I think here may be the mistake. In some update it had to be modified since previously it worked well and now I see many empty spaces.
