"Control panel->Geographic data", in this column, I want the map inside to be displayed in Chinese. Is there any solution?

If you know the url for chinese openstreetmap tiles you can change the OpenStreetMap.php

in french that is:
'url' => 'https://{s}.tile.openstreetmap.fr/osmfr/{z}/{x}/{y}.png'
