One-parent family was created by KLelong

Hi,
I'm just starting with Webtrees. I'm migrating my Geneweb-database to Webtrees.
In Geneweb, there is no possibility (that I know of) to define a one-parent-family, so I created a dummy father.
Now I imported the gedcom-file and that dummy father exists in Webtrees. Can I just delete that "person" from the family ? No side-effects ?

Webtrees actually has a way to create a one parent family, so as far as I know, deleting a “dummy” person is not a problem for the software!
