Question Set Individual Record

Set Individual Record was created by mac.alter

New install of webtrees 2.2.21 into new subdomain. Two individuals one installed by default (X1), the other added (X2).
In My Account, I tried to set Individual Record to X2 but it shows "Unknown" only and cannot be modified

I am the administrator/manage account.

Do you have to accept pending changes? Before that the new record literally does not exist.

You edit it using the control panel.
