I have made some changes to remove unnecessary displays.  I have also applied styling to improve the mobile displays.
However, some of the suggestions would require changing the core kunena template which I don't really want to do.

You are right. I received a notification by email, but with a blank message. Also "Read more" does not show the message. Only when I go to the forum and log in do I see the private message.

Sending private messages to other members of the forum using this feature is not recommended, as it will create new posts with no meaning for all other users. I recommend that you disable this feature if possible.

One more question: I feel that since the new release the email icon in the profile is not visible to other users. In my profile, "Hide email" is set to "No". Do they see the icon in my profile?

Not without a lot of work and, I am trying to keep the forum as close as possible to the standard product.

Some minutes ago, I was posting my first topic with the new forum software and was facing the following issues:

1. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Is there a preview option available? Or is it thought as WYSIWYG and the source code can be shown with the "Source" button?
2. I did not find a possibility to mark some text as code. For me, this would be very helpful, because we are using the forum in a programming community
   • Under "Styles", I found an option for "Computer code". Is this the way to go? However, it showed some ugly "Code" headline in the final rendering of the post, which I did not see in WYSIWYG, see example below

Can you please add a "Next topic" to the Kunena menu?

Moving the "submit" and "cancel" buttons would require changed to the core kunena theme which I don't want to do. However, I will look at the styling in that area to reduce wasted space.
I will look at the Next Topic request.

That looks good! I am surprised that the WYSISYG editor looks much different today. I am pretty sure that the "code" icon was not available yesterday. I guess a new configuration for the editor is available now. In the editor version I can see at the moment, everything is fine.

You are right. I was trying to use an enhanced editor but it kept throwing errors so had to drop back to the standard editor.

"Action reply" and "Action reply topic" finally look the same, when reading the topic (thread).
So I always have to "quote"!
Can that be done better?

I am not sure what the differences is between "Action reply" and "Action reply topic"  other than  one is at the topic level and the other is at the post level.

Probably but I want to keep the standard  theme and not extend the core code.
