Solved Bold large Hints

On entering a new topic there is always one bold line, for example:

Before asking for help please read "Requesting Help and Suggestions" by clicking on that tab above here.

I can cross that away, but on next selection, I see that again.

Can that be removed permanent, if clicked away once?

I updated the forum software yesterday and now I don't see it.

Ok, now they are gone.
When will they come again?

On next Login they are back again
 

I have tried several devices but can't duplicate what you see.  Let me look at the configuration to see if I can turn it off.

OK, I see the problem, remove the alert so it won't display.
