Question Delete the image at the top of each notification?

Each notification starts out with this image.
 
As you can see, the image contains no information.
Because spammers/scammers use images as read receipts, my mail settings omit those that are coded that way.
So I get a mostly blank message window and have to scroll down to the actual notification.
Thus, I would like the inclusion of that image to be omitted, if possible.
