I am getting the following message when I go to my webpage. I tried different browsers and even a different computer. What is happening?

To me this sounds like a configuration issue with your web server (apache or nginx are popular) which causes this.
Do you have access (via ftp) to the server?
When was the last time you could access?
Are you aware of any recent changes?
Is there a backup of eg the .htaccess filevavailable, so you can compare?
Can you ask your hosting provider for help?
