FILE MEDIAS ? was created by djaydjay

Hello,

I have to switch servers.

Although the installation on the new server went smoothly, I am encountering an issue with the media files.

WEBTREES shows just over 700 media items...

However, the folder visible via FileZilla is empty???

I don't understand.

Where are those 700 media items?

Did you move the media to the new server?
Where does the GEDCOM think the media is stored? Where was the media stored on your previous server?
You would need to look at the media record in the GEDCOM to understand the location of the specific media file!

Please explain how you did the migration. Did you actually copy the media files from old to new server?
