Migration from mariaDB 5 to mariaDB 10 was created by dietmar
I want to migrate from mariaDB 5 to mariaDB 10. The import (200 MB SQL file) always aborts in the wt_change table. There is an error in my change log with over 200,000 records. Repair is impossible.
My question:
Can I do the migration without the content of the wt_change table?
Do I need the change log if I have a clean database and no tracings are necessary?
Many thanks
PS: The migration with an empty wt_change table works without any problems

> There is an error in my change log
It would be helpful to know the error message.
> Can I do the migration without the content of the wt_change table?
Yes. You can also delete the change log from the control panel.
